  • All products are subject to availability. We may cancel an order (with full refund) if an item is out of stock or mispriced.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

  • The final price may include shipping charges, taxes, or other fees where applicable.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., bank transfer, card, cash on delivery, etc.  update as per your setup).

  • Your order is only confirmed after we receive and verify payment (where applicable).

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS/WhatsApp. This does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will process a refund according to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver through third-party courier services across Pakistan (where service is available).

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate, not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

  • If a package is delayed or lost, we will assist with a claim, but we are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in working condition, and in original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, approved refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

  • Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms and service centers.
