1. Return Period

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in working condition.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.

You must provide the original invoice/receipt.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is damaged, used, or not in resalable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return (unless they are faulty on arrival):

Items damaged due to misuse, wrong installation, or electrical faults at the customer’s end.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
4. Return Process
To start a return:

Share your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 14 days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method (or as store credit if agreed).
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days.
We may offer:

Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability), or

Refund, as per our discretion and product condition.
